- 对自主选育的17个辣椒自交系进行叶片叶绿素和光合特性的研究。结果表明:不同的自交系间叶绿素含量差异显著,68号显著高于其它14个自交系,55号显著低于其它15个自交系,叶绿素含量依次为68>47>66>62>63>60>61>64>56>67>65>48>59>58>57>69>55;不同自交系的光合速率依次为68>57>60>48>58>47>62>63>64>65,65号自交系的最大光合速率显著低于其它7个自交系,其余9个自交系间未见显著差异。
- Abstract:
- The pepper leaf chlorophyll and photosynthetic characteristics of 17 inbred lines by independent selection were studied.The results showed that the different inbred lines of chlorophyll content had significantly difference.No.68 was significantly higher than that of the other 14 inbred lines,No.55 was significantly lower than the other 15 inbred lines,Chlorophyll content in the order of 68>47>66>62>63>60>61>64>56>67>65>48>59>58>57>69>55;different inbred lines of photosynthetic rate in the order of 68>57>60>48>58>47>62>63>64>65,65 inbred lines maximum photosynthetic rate was significantly lower than the other 7 inbred lines,the remaining 9 inbred lines were not significantly different.
