- 采用ITS序列分析技术对严重危害银耳栽培的病原真菌的分类地位和对该病原菌敏感的杀菌药剂进行了分析研究。结果表明:该病原真菌为好食脉孢霉;病原菌初步敏感药剂筛选表明,稀释400倍的50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂对好食脉孢霉菌丝生长的抑制效果为91.1%,但随着药剂浓度降低,抑制效果明显下降;三唑酮和百菌清的抑制作用较强;代森锰锌和高纯蓝粉的抑制作用较差。
- Abstract:
- A pathogen seriously harming the production of Tremella fuciformis was confirmed and sensitive fungicides were screened by ITS sequence analysis.The results showed that the pathogenic fungi was Neurospora sitophila.The study of sensitive fungicides screening suggested that the inhibitory rate of carbendazin at the concentration of 1.25 g/L on the growth of N.sitophila was 91.1%,however,the inhibitory rates decreased significantly with the increase of the drug dilution.Moreover,chlorothalonil and triadimefon also exhibited strong inhibitory effects.The inhibitory effects of the high pure blue powder and mancozeb were poor.
