- 芦荟隶属百合科芦荟属,原产于地中海、非洲热带和亚热带干旱地区,为一种多年生常绿草本植物。叶片中含有蒽醌类物质,被广泛应用于生物制药、化工产品及美容保健等行业,因此,芦荟属植物被世界各地广泛引种栽培。然而,在我国北方地区引种栽培的芦荟只开花,却不形成果实和种子,因而,不利于芦荟的繁殖和育种。现对引种地芦荟不育的机理进行研究,以期为芦荟繁殖和育种提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Aloe,a kind of perennation evergreen plant,belongs to Liliaceae and is mostly originated in the Mediterranean,tropic and semitropical dry land in Africa.For containing great amount of anthraquinone substances in its leaves,it has been widely used in industry such as boopharmacy,chemical products,hairdressing and health care.Therefore,the Aloe is planted all over the world.However,in the north of China,the Aloe just flowers,but not fruits and seeds.This did not favor to the reproduction and breeding.The research on the mechanism of the sterility of the introduction Aloe provided the reference for the aloe reproduction and the breeding.
