- 以18个月季品种为试材,选取7个数量性状及7个质量性状进行调查测定,采用多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等方法,研究了月季品种的多样性,探究蔷薇属植物表型性状的遗传多样性,以期为蔷薇属植物育种、亲本选配和种质资源高效保存提供参考依据。结果表明:供试18个月季品种间的表型性状有着不同程度的变异,7个表型性状的多样性指数的变化范围为0.105~0.833,变异系数的变化范围在0.385~1.443,其中花香的变异系数最大,花型的变异系数最小。7个表型性状的相关性分析中,呈极显著正相关的性状有顶叶长和顶叶宽;呈显著正相关的有顶叶长和鲜质量,花瓣数和鲜质量,花径和鲜质量,顶叶长和花径,株高和花期。主成分分析表明,前2个主成分的累计方差贡献率达到45.0%,前5个主成分的累计贡献率达到77.2%。聚类分析表明供试月季品种分为三大类。综上所述,18个供试月季品种中“花献年华”综合得分最高,“粉蝶”综合排名最低。
- Abstract:
- Taking 18 rose varieties as test materials,seven quantitative traits and seven qualitative traits were surveyed and measured.Methods including diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis were employed.The diversity of rose cultivars was investigated to explore the genetic diversity of phenotypic traits in rosa species,in order to provide references for breeding,parent selection,and efficient germplasm resource conservation in Rosa species.The results showed that phenotypic traits among the 18 rose varieties exhibited varying degrees of variation.Diversity indices for the seven phenotypic traits ranged from 0.105 to 0.833,while coefficients of variation ranged from 0.385 to 1.443.Among these,fragrance exhibited the highest coefficient of variation,while flower form showed the lowest.Correlation analysis among the seven phenotypic traits revealed extremely significant positive correlations between top leaf length and width; significant positive correlations were observed between terminal leaf length and fresh weight,petal number and fresh weight,flower diameter and fresh weight,top leaf length and flower diameter,plant height and flowering period.Principal component analysis indicated that the cumulative variance contribution of the first two principal components reached 45.0%,while the cumulative contribution of the first five principal components reached 77.2%.Cluster analysis grouped the tested rose cultivars into three major categories.Overall,among the 18 tested rose cultivars,‘Huaxiannianhua’ achieved the highest comprehensive score,while ‘Fendie’ ranked lowest in the comprehensive evaluation.
