- 以来自于世界的11个地理居群的70份红花种质为试材,采用主成分分析、聚类分析、逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)等方法,对其进行综合评价并筛选优异种质,以期为红花种质资源的发掘利用及新品种选育提供参考依据。结果表明:第一分枝高度、单株种子产量和二级果球数具有较大的变异系数;主成分分析共提取3个主成分,累积贡献率为79.23%。聚类分析将供试种质划分为3个类别,Ⅰ类为中秆、少果球、小果球型低产种质,Ⅱ类为矮秆、多果球、小果球型高产种质,Ⅲ类为高秆、少果球、大果球型中产种质。依据TOPSIS方法筛选出10份具优良综合性状的种质材料。不同地理居群间性状差异明显,其中云南居群在株高和种子产量性状上表现优异,四川居群则在果球数量和分枝数方面表现突出。

- Taking seventy safflower germplasm accessions originating from eleven geographical populations worldwide as experimental materials,comprehensive evaluation and screening of elite germplasm were conducted via principal component analysis (PCA),cluster analysis,and the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS),in order to provide references for the exploration and utilization of safflower germplasm resources as well as the breeding of new varieties.The results showed that the first branch height,seed yield per plant,and number of secondary capitula had relatively large coefficients of variation.Three principal components were extracted through PCA,with a cumulative contribution rate of 79.23%.Cluster analysis divided the tested germplasm into three groups,Group Ⅰ included medium-stalked germplasm with few and small capitula and low yield;Group Ⅱ comprised dwarf-stalked germplasm with numerous and small capitula and high yield;Group Ⅲ consisted of tall-stalked germplasm with few and large capitula and moderate yield.Ten germplasm accessions with excellent comprehensive agronomic traits were screened out by the TOPSIS method.Significant differences in agronomic traits were observed among different geographical populations.Yunnan population exhibited outstanding performance in plant height and seed yield,while the Sichuan population showed prominent traits in capitulum number and branch number.
