- 黄桃属于呼吸跃变型果实,采后易软化、腐烂,且其保鲜效果受采前和采后多重因素制约,保鲜难度大。该研究介绍了影响黄桃保鲜效果的采前因素以及采后品质劣变的主要因子。在此基础上,综述了当前黄桃采后保鲜技术的研究进展,主要包括物理保鲜、化学保鲜和生物保鲜等3类技术,并分析了其可能的保鲜机制。最后,对黄桃保鲜技术当前面临的挑战及未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为黄桃产业减少采后损失、提升果实品质提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Yellow-fleshed peach is a typical climacteric fruit that is highly prone to softening and decay after harvest,and its storability is affected by multiple pre-harvest and post-harvest factors,making its preservation challenging.This study introduced the pre-harvest factors affecting the preservation effect of yellow-fleshed peach and the main post-harvest quality deterioration factors.The research progress in preservation technologies,primarily covering physical,chemical,and biological methods were reviewed,and their potential preservation mechanisms were analyzed.Finally,the challenges faced by current preservation technologies and future development directions were prospected,aiming to provide a reference for reducing post-harvest losses and improving fruit quality in the yellow-fleshed peach industry.
