- 以40个薄皮甜瓜杂交组合及其相关22份亲本为试材,采用杂种优势指标计算方法,研究了7个果实相关数量性状的杂种优势表现,以期为广西薄皮甜瓜品种选育和遗传改良提供参考依据。结果表明:在单瓜质量、果肉厚度、中心可溶性固形物含量等性状上,40个杂种的平均值低于双亲平均值,且超过半数的组合中亲优势为负向,表现出超亲优势的组合数较少。综合中亲优势、超亲优势、离中优势、杂种指数等的分析结果,筛选出6个在糖度、单瓜质量、果肉厚度等方面综合表现良好的组合Z15、Z26、Z21、Z4、Z8、Z12。
- Abstract:
- Taking 40 hybrid combinations and their 22 parental lines as the test materials to investigate the heterosis performance of seven quantitative fruit traits by calculating heterosis indices method,in order to provide reference for breeding and geretic improvement of thin-skinned melon varieties in Guangxi.The results showed that in terms of traits such as single fruit weight,flesh thickness,and central soluble solids content(SSC),the mean values of the 40 hybrids were lower than the mean values of their parents.Furthermore,more than half of the combinations exhibited negative mid-parent heterosis,and few combinations showed super-parent heterosis.Based on a comprehensive analysis of mid-parent heterosis,super-parent heterosis,heterosis away from the mid-parent,and the heterosis index,six combinations (Z15,Z26,Z21,Z4,Z8,and Z12) with desirable overall performance in sweetness,single fruit weight,and flesh thickness were selected.
