- 以十年生‘户太8号’葡萄为试材,在转色初期使用5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)、二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)、1-氨基环丙烷羧酸(ACC)、游离氨基酸等不同配比着色物质进行叶面喷施,研究其对‘户太8号’葡萄着色效果及果实品质的影响,以期为葡萄品质提升提供参考依据。结果表明:5-ALA 100 mg·L-1+PDJ 100 mg·L-1+ACC 100 mg·L-1+苯丙氨酸200 mg·L-1+蛋氨酸200 mg·L-1处理可显著增加‘户太8号’果实单粒质量,提高可溶性固形物含量,显著提高花色苷含量,综合品质最好。
- Abstract:
- Taking ten-year-old ‘Hutai No.8’ grape as the test material,the effects of different coloring substances on the coloring effect and fruit quality of ‘Hutai No.8’ grapes by foliar spraying with varying ratios of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA),propyl dihydrojasmonate (PDJ),1-aminocyclopropanecarboxylic acid (ACC),free amino acids,and other compounds during the initial veraison stage were studied,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of ‘Hutai No.8’ grapes.The results showed that the treatment with 5-ALA 100 mg·L-1 + PDJ 100 mg·L-1 + ACC 100 mg·L-1 + phenylalanine 200 mg·L-1 + methionine 200 mg·L-1 could significantly increase the single berry weight and soluble solids content of ‘Hutai No.8’fruit.Moreover,it significantly augmented the anthocyanin content,resulting in the best-overall fruit quality.
