- 以两面针为试材,采用盆栽试验方法,探究内生真菌Y118的3种施用方式(发酵液、固体菌剂、菌悬液)对两面针的生长指标、生理活性和光合特性的影响,并用主成分分析结合隶属函数综合评价方法对各指标进行综合评价,以期筛选出促进两面针生长的最佳施用方式,为内生真菌菌剂的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,各处理可不同程度提高两面针株高、根长和根干质量等生长指标;增加抗氧化酶活性以及降低丙二醛(MDA)含量;提高净光合速率(Pn),蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)等光合参数以及光化学淬灭系数(qP)、实际光化学量子产量(ΦPSⅡ)和表观光合电子传递效率(ETR)等荧光参数;隶属函数法分析结果表明,当施用方式是菌悬液时其隶属值最大,表明该处理下两面针的综合生长状况最好。综上所述,菌悬液施用能有效促进两面针生长,提高生理活性,提高植株光合效率,可能是内生真菌Y118的最佳施用方式。
- Abstract:
- Taking Zanthoxylum nitidum as the test material,the pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of three application methods of endophytic fungus Y118 (fermentation broth,solid fungal agent,and fungal suspension) on the growth indicators,physiological activity,and photosynthetic characteristics of Zanthoxylum nitidum.The comprehensive evaluation of each indicator was conducted using principal component analysis combined with subordinate function comprehensive evaluation method,in order to screen out the optimal application method for promoting the growth of Zanthoxylum nitidum,and provide reference for the application of endophytic fungal agents.The results showed that compared with the control,all treatment promoted the growth traits such as plant height,root length and root dry weight varying degrees.The antioxidant enzyme activities were increased while MDA content decreased.Photosynthetic parameters like net photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),as well as fluorescence parameters such as actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ (ΦPSⅡ) and photochemical quenching coefficient (qP),were showed improvement.Among these treatment,T3 achieved the highest membership function score.To sum up,the inoculant application of suspension may be the most optional application forendophytic fungus Y118 to promote growth traits,physiological activities and photosynthetic characteristics of Zanthoxylum nitidum.
