- 以6个不同鲜食杏品种的一年生休眠枝为试材,在设定的7个温度梯度(CK(4 ℃)、-10、-20、-25、-30、-35、-40 ℃)下进行试验,测定了脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)含量,以及脱落酸与赤霉素比值(ABA/GA)、电导率(REC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等指标,采用隶属函数分析法对不同品种间的抗寒性差异进行综合评价,以期为筛选抗寒性较强的鲜食杏品种提供参考依据。结果表明:在低温胁迫条件下,ABA、ABA/GA、CAT、SOD和POD呈相似变化趋势,随着温度降低先增加后减少,并且达到峰值的时间各有差异;而GA、IAA和ZR含量以及电导率则随着温度降低而增加,并与植物的抗寒性呈负相关。根据隶属函数综合分析结果得出其抗寒能力由强到弱为‘胭脂红’>‘陕西大黄杏’>‘崂山红’>‘兰州大接杏’>‘丰园红’>‘金杏’。
- Abstract:
- Six different fresh-eating apricot varieties of one-year-old dormant branches were used as experimental materials and conducted experiments at 7 temperature treatments (CK (4 ℃),-10 ℃,-20 ℃,-25 ℃,-30 ℃,-35 ℃,-40 ℃) under controlled conditions.By measuring the contents of abscisic acid (ABA),gibberellin (GA),heteroauxin (IAA),zeatin riboside (ZR),the ratio of ABA to GA,electrical conductivity (REC),superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,peroxidase (POD) activity,and catalase (CAT),and using the method of fuzzy function analysis to evaluate the differences in cold resistance among different varieties,in order to provide reference for selecting the varieties with stronger cold resistance for fresh-eating apricots.The results showed that in the condition of low temperature stress,ABA,ABA/GA,CAT,SOD and POD showed similar changes,increasing first and then decreasing,and the time of reaching the peak value was different;while GA,IAA and ZR content and REC increased with decreasing temperature,and were negatively correlated with plant cold resistance.According to the results of membership function comprehensive analysis,the cold resistance of the apricot was ranked from strong to weak as ‘Yanzhihong’>‘Shanxi Dahuangxing’>‘Laoshanhong’>‘Lanzhou Dajiexing’>‘Fengyuan Hong’>‘Jinxing’.
