- 以白芷为试材,分别于2022年9月15日、10月12日、11月10日、12月7日以及2023年1月6日进行播种,研究了不同播期对白芷幼苗农艺性状、不同部位激素含量水平以及早薹率的影响,以期为白芷的高效栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:随着播期延后,白芷幼苗的株高、地上部鲜质量、根长、根直径、地下部鲜质量呈逐渐降低的趋势;播期对白芷幼苗农艺性状的影响大小为地下部鲜质量>地上部鲜质量>株高>根直径>根长。播期对白芷早期抽薹率有显著影响,随着播期推迟呈逐渐下降的趋势。不同播期下白芷早期抽薹率与幼苗的农艺性状指标、有效积温呈显著正相关;与植株内源激素关系密切,其中,与叶柄中JA、SA含量呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.968、0.962;与叶片中ACC、ZT含量及叶柄和根中IAA含量呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.934、0.916、0.903、0.909。由此可知,生产上适当推迟播期可有效缓解白芷早期抽薹的发生。

- Taking Angelica dahurica as the test material,seeding was carried out on September 15th,October 12th,November 10th,December 7th,and January 6th,2023,the effects of different seeding periods on the agronomic traits of Angelica dahurica seedlings,the hormone content levels in different parts,and the early-bolting rate were studied,in order to provide reference for the efficient cultivation of Angelica dahurica.The results showed that the plant height,aboveground fresh weight,root length,root diameter and underground fresh weight of Angelica dahurica seedlings decreased gradually with the delay of sowing date.The effects of the sowing date on the agronomic traits of Angelica dahurica was underground fresh weight>aboveground fresh weight>plant height>root diameter>root length.The sowing date had a significant effect on the early-bolting rate of Angelica dahurica,and showed a decreasing trend with the delay of sowing date.The results of correlation analysis showed that the early-bolting rate of Angelica dahurica was positively correlated with the agronomic traits and effective accumulated temperature of seedlings at different sowing dates,and was closely related to plant endogenous hormones,it was positively correlated with the contents of JA and SA in petiole,the correlation coefficients were 0.968 and 0.962,respectively,and positively correlated with the contents of ACC and ZT in leaf,and the contents of IAA in petiole and root,the correlation coefficients were 0.934,0.916,0.903 and 0.909 respectively.In conclusion,proper delay of sowing date can effectively alleviate the early-bolting of Angelica dahurica.
