- 以白及块茎、根、地上部为试材,检测7—10月各个部位中重金属、微量元素含量和块茎中有效成分含量,分析其动态分布特征,探讨了不同部位金属元素分布与有效成分间的关系,以期为白及的田间管理和合理施肥提供参考依据。结果表明:块茎中微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn含量以10月最高;根中Fe、Mn含量以8月最高,二者含量变化为8月>9月>10月>7月;而地上部Fe、Mn、Ni、Se、Zn含量在各个月差异不显著。块茎、根和地上部中重金属Cu含量以10月最高,重金属Cu在块茎和根中含量变化为10月>9月>8月>7月,在地上部含量变化为10月>9月>7月>8月。块茎中白及多糖含量以7月最高,白及多糖与块茎中Fe、Zn、Cu和地上部Mn、Cu、Fe、Zn呈显著负相关;总酚含量以10月最高,总酚与块茎中Fe、Zn、Cu和地上部Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr、Cu呈显著正相关。综上,白及块茎中有效成分的积累与不同部位金属元素分布存在一定相关性,由于7月以后地上部微量元素含量相对稳定,可以通过喷施微量元素叶面肥来促进有效成分积累,当以根为使用部位时,应加强重金属安全监测。
- Abstract:
- Tubers,roots and aboveground parts of Bletilla striata were used as test materials.The contents of heavy metals,trace elements and effective components from July to October were measured.The dynamic distribution characteristics were analysised,the relationship between the distribution of metal elements and effective components in different parts were discussed,in order to provide reference for the field management and rational fertilization in Bletilla striata.The results showed that the highest content of trace elements Fe,Mn,Zn in tubers appeared in October.The highest contents of Fe,Mn in root appeared in August,and the variation trend was August>September>October>July.There was no significant difference among Fe,Mn,Ni,Se,Zn in aboveground part from July to October.The highest contents of Cu appeared in October in tubers,roots and aboveground part,the variation trend was October>September>August>July in tubers and roots,October>September>July>August in aboveground part.The highest contents of Bletilla striata polysaccharides in tubers appeared in July.There was a significant negative correlation between polysaccharides and Fe,Zn,Cu in tubers,and Mn,Cu,Fe,Zn in aboveground part.The highest contents of total phenol appeared in October,there was a significant positive correlation between total phenol and Fe,Zn,Cu in tuber and Fe,Mn,Zn,Cr,Cu in aboveground part.In conclusion,there was a certain correlation between the accumulation of effective components and the distribution of metal elements in different parts from Bletilla striata.Since the content of trace elements in aboveground part was relatively stable after July,the accumulation of active components could be promoted by spraying trace elements foliar fertilizer.
