- 以“红圣新一代”辣椒为试验材料,采用田间试验方法,研究了叶面喷施蚯蚓营养液对辣椒生长、产量和果实品质的影响,以期为蚯蚓营养液在辣椒生产上的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:与只喷清水处理相比,叶面喷施蚯蚓营养液能增加辣椒株高、茎粗、茎叶鲜质量、根鲜质量、茎叶干质量、根干质量,并提高果实产量5.8%~34.6%、可溶性糖含量7.5%~46.9%、可溶性固形物含量0.2%~16.1%、可溶性蛋白质含量13.0% ~77.2%、维生素C含量1.5%~67.1%。相关分析结果表明,辣椒茎粗、茎叶鲜质量、根鲜质量、茎叶干质量、根干质量与辣椒可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C含量、产量间均呈极显著正相关。叶面喷施蚯蚓营养液稀释倍数为300时,各指标均比较理想,能更好地促进辣椒生长、增加产量并改善果实品质,从而实现辣椒高产高效种植。

- Taking ‘Hongsheng No.1’ chili pepper as the experimental material,field experiments were conducted to study the effects of foliar spraying of earthworm nutrient solution on the growth,yield,and fruit quality of chili pepper,in order to provide reference for the application of earthworm nutrient solution in chili pepper production.The results showed that compared to only spraying clean water for treatment,foliar application of earthworm nutrient solution could increase the height,stem diameter,fresh stem and leaf weight,fresh root weight,dry stem and leaf weight,and dry root weight of chili peppers,and increase fruit yield by 5.8% to 34.6%,soluble sugar content by 7.5% to 46.9%,soluble solid content by 0.2% to 16.1%,soluble protein content by 13.0% to 77.2%,and vitamin C content by 1.5% to 67.1%.The correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation among the stem diameter,stem and leaf fresh weight,root fresh weight,stem and leaf dry weight and root dry weight of chili peppers with soluble sugar content,soluble solid content,soluble protein content,vitamin C content and yield.When the dilution ratio of earthworm nutrient solution sprayed on the leaves was 300,all indicators were relatively ideal,which could better promote the growth of chili peppers,increase yield,and improve fruit quality,thereby achieving high yield and efficiency in chili pepper cultivation.
