- 以15个鲜食枣品种为试材,采用单因素方差分析和相关性分析法,研究不同鲜食枣品种光合特性、叶绿素含量及产量之间差异,以期为新疆鲜食枣品种的〖JP2〗选择和引种提供参考依据。结果表明:15个鲜食枣品种净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度之间均达极显著差异(P<0.01)。相关性分析得出15个鲜食枣品种净光合速率与气孔导度和蒸腾速率有关联;水分利用效率与气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率呈极显著负相关;15个鲜食枣产量与净光合速率呈极显著正相关。由此可见,鲜食枣品种‘蜂蜜罐’‘冬枣’‘香脆’‘赛蜜酥1号’和‘伏脆蜜’光合特性和产量等指标较高于其他品种,适合南疆喀什地区引种和种植。
- Abstract:
- Taking 15 fresh jujube varieties as the test materials,single factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis were used to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content,and yield among different fresh jujube varieties,in order to provide reference for the selection and introduction of fresh jujube varieties in Xinjiang.The results showed that there were significant differences in net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration among 15 fresh jujube varieties (P<0.01).The correlation analysis showed that the net photosynthetic rate of 15 fresh jujube varieties was correlated with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate.Water use efficiency was negatively correlated with stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate.The yield of 15 fresh jujube was positively correlated with the net photosynthetic rate.It could be seen that the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of ‘Fengmiguan’‘Dongzao’‘Xiangcui’‘Saimisu No.1’ and ‘Fucuimi honey’ were higher than other varieties,which were suitable for promotion and planting in Kashgar area of southern Xinjiang.
