- 细胞悬浮培养技术作为植物生物技术研究的新热点,不仅可以直接用于原生质体分离、培养与杂交,还可以胚性细胞悬浮系为受体材料用于遗传转化并获得转基因植株。该研究聚焦于月季新品种的选育,以新途径为月季转基因试验提供优良受体材料为宗旨,通过借鉴其他植物细胞悬浮培养技术的经验,详细分析、归纳了影响植物细胞悬浮培养过程的主要因素并探讨将其应用于月季悬浮细胞系的可能性进行前瞻性分析与推测,为月季建立稳定的细胞悬浮体系和月季遗传改良工作提供参考依据,并对月季细胞悬浮培养应用前景进行了展望。
- Abstract:
- As a new hot spot in plant biotechnology,cell suspension culture technology can be used not only for protoplast isolation,culture and hybridization,but also for genetic transformation and obtaining transgenic plants using embryonic cell suspension lines as recipient materials.This study focused on the selection and breeding of new Chinese rose varieties,in order to provide excellent recipient materials for Chinese rose transgenic experiments in a new way.Theoretical references were provided for the establishment of stable cell suspension system and genetic improvement of moon season,and the prospect of the application of cell suspension culture in moon season was also presented.
