- 在全面推进乡村振兴的背景下,数字化已成为农业增长动力转换的关键节点。黑龙江省作为农业大省,更应争当数字农业发展先锋。因此,在分析黑龙江省数字农业发展现状与优势的基础之上,针对现行数字农业发展中小农经济偏差所致的数字鸿沟、资源及创新系统碎片化、产业链延展融合性不高、主体数字观念陈旧、应用中的袭击篡改风险等问题,提出发展新型主体、形成系统创新合力、推动产业链横纵延伸、面向农民设计平台并普及知识、建立端到端安全机制等龙江特色数字农业发展路径。
- Abstract:
- In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,digitalization has become a key node in the transformation of agricultural growth power.As a major agricultural province,Heilongjiang Province should strive to be a pioneer in the development of digital agriculture.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the development status and advantages of digital agriculture in Heilongjiang Province,in view of the digital divide caused by the economic deviation of small and medium-sized farmers in the current digital agriculture development,the fragmentation of resources and innovation systems,the low extension and integration of industrial chains,the outdated digital concept of the subject,and the risk of attack and tampering in the application,the development path of digital agriculture with Heilongjiang characteristics,such as developing new subjects,forming a joint force of system innovation,promoting the horizontal and vertical extension of the industrial chain,designing platforms and popularizing knowledge for farmers,and establishing an end-to-end security mechanism.
