野生荷叶离褶伞菌株的鉴定及其生物学特性研究

- 以野外采集到菌株LL-1为试材,采用形态学和分子生物学方法进行分类鉴定,并针对该菌株进行了生物学特性和驯化栽培研究,以期为辽宁省野生荷叶离褶伞资源的开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:LL-1菌株形态学特征符合荷叶离褶伞(Lyophyllum decastes),且ITS序列荷叶离褶伞相似度高达100%,可鉴定为荷叶离褶伞。该菌株适宜生长温度20~25 ℃,最佳碳源为麦芽糖,最佳氮源为牛肉膏,最佳无机盐为硫酸镁,生长因子为复合维生素B。LL-1子实体单菇质量达到了5~8 g,转化率为68%。
- Abstract:
- Wild strain LL-1 collected in the field was used as the test material,and was classified and identified based on morphological and molecular biological methods.The biological characteristics and domestication of this strain were studied,in order to provide reference for the exploitation and utilization of wild Lyophyllum decastes resources in Liaoning Province.The results showed that the morphological characteristics of LL-1 were consistent with Lyophyllum decastes,and the similarity of ITS sequence was as high as 100%,which indicated that LL-1 could be identified as Lyophyllum decastes.The optimum culture temperature of LL-1 was 20-25 ℃,the best carbon source was maltose,the best nitrogen source was beef extract,the best inorganic salt was MgSO4 and the growth factor was compound vitamin B.Ll-1 fruiting body weight reached 5-8 g with the biotransformation rate of 68%.
