- 以内蒙古地区29种欧李优系资源果实为试材,采用差异性分析、相关性分析及聚类分析的方法,研究比较了欧李果实原花青素含量与抗氧化活性差异及二者之间的相关性,并进行了聚类评价,以期为内蒙古欧李资源的选育及进一步应用提供参考依据。结果表明:不同资源类型欧李果实原花青素含量及抗氧化活性均差异显著;总还原力是反映欧李果实原花青素抗氧化活性的重要指标;果肉为红色和桔黄的欧李果实抗氧化活性整体上高于果肉为浅红的欧李资源;随着欧李果实酸度的增加,抗氧化能力整体上呈现下降趋势;利用K-均值综合聚类筛选出9种高原花青素高活性欧李资源,为MY4、MY5、MY8、MY11、MY14、MY16、MY17、MY36、MY37。经不同聚类分析筛选出的欧李资源,可深入进行后续的果实品质研究、资源研究及品种选育。

- Twenty-nine Cerasus humilis superior lines resources fruits from Inner Mongolia were selected as experimental materials. The difference analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to compare the difference of proanthocyanidin content and antioxidant activity of Cerasus humilis fruit and the correlation between them, and cluster evaluation was carried out, in order to provide reference for breeding and further application of Cerasus humilis resources in Inner Mongolia.The results showed that,proanthocyanidins content and antioxidant activities of fruits of different Cerasus humilis resource were significantly different.The total reducing power was an important indicator to reflect the antioxidant activity of Cerasus humilis fruit.Cerasus humilis with red and orange flesh had higher overall antioxidant activity than those with light red flesh.As the acidity of Cerasus humilis fruit increased,the overall antioxidant capacity showed a decreasing trend.Nine high proanthocyanidins content and antioxidant activity Cerasus humilis resources were screened using K-means integrated clustering as MY4,MY5,MY8,MY11,MY14,MY16,MY17,MY36,MY37.The Cerasus humilis resources screened by different clustering analyses can be used for in-depth follow-up fruit quality research,resource research and variety selection and breeding.
