- 以多年生健壮无病害滇牡丹的嫩(实生苗基部当年生萌蘖枝条)、硬(带芽茎段)枝条为试材,采用3因素3水平正交实验设计,研究了植物生长调节剂IBA浓度、基质类型和IBA不同浸泡时间对滇牡丹嫩、硬接穗扦插繁殖的影响,以期为滇牡丹苗木规模化生产〖JP2〗提供参考依据。结果表明:滇牡丹嫩枝接穗扦插效果明显。在嫩枝试验中,以100.0 mg·L-1 IBA中浸泡1 h后,在椰糠∶泥炭=4∶6基质上扦插效果最佳;〖JP〗200.0 mg·L-1 IBA浸泡0.5 h后,在椰糠∶泥炭=4∶6基质上扦插效果次之。基质对于滇牡丹嫩枝生根和根点的各项指标均有显著影响;IBA激素浓度和浸泡时间仅对嫩枝扦插存活率和平均抽根点数2项指标影响显著;极差分析结果表明,基质是影响嫩枝插条生根和根点的最主要因素,IBA激素浓度的影响次之,浸泡时间的影响最小,嫩枝扦插繁殖的最优处理为100 mg·L-1 IBA浸泡1 h后在椰糠∶泥炭=4∶6基质上扦插,该处理可获得最高的生根率和最长根。

- Young shoots (buds that sprout at the base of seedlings) and hard shoots (stem segments with sprouts) of perennial healthy and disease-free Paeonia delavayi were used as test materials.The effects of plant growth regulator IBA concentration,substrate type and IBA soaking time on the propagation of P.delavayi tender and hard cuttings were studied by three-factor and three-stage orthogonal experiment,in order to provide reference for the large-scale production of P.delavayi.The results showed that the effect of tender cuttings of P.delavayi was obvious.In the tender shoots test,after soaking in 100.0 mg·L-1 IBA for 1 hour the cutting effect was the best when the substrate ratio of coconut bran and peat was 4∶6.And the cuttings had second best effect grown in the same substrate after 200.0 mg·L-1IBA soaking for 0.5 hour.The substrate had a significant effect on the rooting and root points of P.delavayi tender branches.IBA hormone concentration and soaking time only had significant effects on the survival rate of tender wood cuttings and the average number of root points,but had no significant effect on other indicators.The primary and secondary effect analysis results indicated the substrate was the most important factor affecting the rooting and rooting of the twig cuttings,followed by the IBA hormone concentration,and the effect of soaking time was the least.The optimal treatment for the propagation of softwood cuttings was 100 mg·L-1 IBA soaking for 1 hour and then grownin the coconut bran∶peat 4∶6 matrix.This treatment could get the highest rooting rate and the longest root.
