环渤海地区盐碱地土壤微生物多样性研究

- 以沧州环渤海地区盐场土壤以及冬枣园土壤为试材,采用高通量测序技术,研究了2种土壤中微生物的群落结构和多样性差异,以期为渤海地区盐碱地土壤改良和耐盐碱微生物挖掘提供参考依据。结果表明:冬枣园土壤细菌多样性高于盐场土壤,真菌多样性低于盐场土壤。盐场土壤中共检测出细菌35门275属、真菌7门44属;冬枣园土壤中共检测出细菌30门368属、真菌13门71属。盐场土壤中优势细菌门7个,优势真菌门3个;冬枣园土壤中优势细菌门10个,优势真菌门3个。其中变形菌门、子囊菌门在2种土壤中均占比最大。2种土壤中优势菌属差别较大,仅[STBX]Gp10[STBZ]为共有优势属。

- Taking the salt farm soil and winter jujube garden soil around the Bohai Sea in Cangzhou as the research objects,and the differences on the community structure and diversity between the two soils were studied by using high-throughput sequencing technology,in order to provide reference for soil improvement and excavation of saline alkali tolerant microorganisms in the Bohai Sea.The results showed that,the bacterial diversity of winter jujube garden soil was higher than that of salt farm soil,and the fungal diversity was lower than that of salt farm soil.A total of 35 phyla and 275 genera of bacteria,and 7 phyla and 44 genera of fungi were detected in the salt farm soil.A total of 30 phyla and 368 genera of bacteria,and 13 phyla and 71 genera of fungi were detected in the winter jujube garden soil.There were 7 dominant bacteria phyla and 3 dominant fungi phyla in salt field soil;and there were 10 dominant bacteria and 3 dominant fungi in the soil of winter jujube garden.Among them,Proteobacteria and Ascomycota were the largest proportion in both soils.The dominant genera in the two soils were quite different,and only GP10 was the common dominant genus.
