连作茄子根际化合物检测及其化感效应

- 以正茬和连作茄子不同生育期的根际土壤为试材,采用GC-MS分析和生物测定的方法,研究了茄子根际物质组成和3种典型物质对茄子、黄瓜和番茄的化感效应,以期进一步明确茄子连作障碍发生的可能机制,为缓解连作障碍提供参考依据。结果表明:从现蕾期正茬和连作自根茄、嫁接茄根际分别鉴定出11、11、8种和7种化合物;结果期分别鉴定出7、8、11种和10种化合物。主要包括酯类、醇类、烃类、脂肪酸、醚类、酮类和苯类物质,其中酯类物质种类较多。生物测试结果表明,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯对茄子和黄瓜具有较强的化感作用,总体表现为低浓度促进幼苗生长,高浓度促进作用减弱或有轻微抑制作用。邻苯二甲酸二辛酯对番茄幼苗具有较强的化感抑制作用。乙酸正十七烷基酯能促进黄瓜和番茄幼苗生长。
- Abstract:
- The rhizosphere soil of rotation and continuous eggplant at different growing stages was used as material,the substance compositions of rhizosphere soil of eggplant and the allelopathy effect of 3 typical chemical compositions on eggplant,cucumber and tomato were studied through a CG-MS analysis and bioassay method,in order to further clarify the possible mechanism of continuous cropping obstacles,provide reference to alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle.The results showed that eleven,eleven,eight and seven chemical compositions were identified from self-rooted eggplant rhizosphere soil and grafted eggplant rhizosphere soil of first crop and continuous cropping at squaring stage,respectively.Similarity,seven,eight,eleven,and ten chemical compositions were identified from different rhizosphere soil at fruiting period,respectively.Above chemical compositions include esters,alcohols,hydrocarbons,fatty acids,ethers,ketones and benzene.Among them,there were abundant kinds of esters.The allelopathy effect of typical chemical compositions on eggplant,cucumber and tomato showed that,at low concentration,diisobutyl phthalate promoted the growth of seedlings,while weakened or slightly inhibited the growth of seedlings at high concentration;dioctyl phthalate had a strong allelopathic inhibitory effect on tomato seedlings;N-heptadecyl acetate promoted the growth of cucumber and tomato seedlings.
