- 以酒红球盖菇栽培种为试材,采用单因素随机区组方法,研究了酒红球盖菇栽培种4种配方对后期生长的影响,以期更好地利用当地甘蔗渣资源,从而使酒红球盖菇高产。结果表明:酒红球盖菇的子实体在同一时期不同处理下的菌盖直径和菌盖周长的大小顺序依次为配方4>配方3>配方2>配方1,菌柄长和菌柄直径大小顺序为配方1<配方2<配方3<配方4,子实体平均单株鲜质量依次为配方4>配方3>配方2>配方1,平均单株干质量顺序依次为配方1<配方2<配方3<配方4,每个处理的最后灰分含量和粗纤维含量都是菌盖<菌柄,且配方1最高,菌盖的灰分含量和粗纤维含量依次为4.25%、12.91%,菌柄依次为5.90%、14.27%。总糖含量、粗蛋白含量和氨基酸总量都是菌盖>菌柄,顺序为配方1<配方2<配方3<配方4。
- Abstract:
- Different formula of S.rugosoannulata was used.The single-factor completely random block design was used.Every level has been designed 20 replications.To study effects of four kinds of formula of S.rugosoannulata on yield and quality.We made good use of local bagasse resource to obtain higher yield.The result showed that the fruiting body of S.rugosoannulata′s pileus length and pileus perimeter order are No.1<No.2<No.3<No.4 under different level during the same date.The stipe length and diameter order was as the same.The fresh weight and dry weight order were No.1<No.2<No.3<No.4.The stipe′s crude fiber and ash contents were higher than pileus.No.1 was the highest.The stipe′s were 4.25%,12.91%.The pileus′ were 5.90%,14.27%.The total soluble sugar,crude protein and total amino acids of pileus were higher than stipe.Its order was No.1<No.2<No.3<No.4.The best culture medium formulas of S.rugosoannulata was wheat 93%,bagasse 5% and gypsum 2%.
