灵武长枣叶片养分含量和果实品质的动态变化及其相关性分析

- 以七至八年生嫁接灵武长枣(砧木为酸枣)为试材,分析灵武长枣叶片养分、果实品质随物候期的变化规律,并分析果期灵武长枣叶片营养及果实品质的相关关系,从而明确灵武长枣叶片养分、果实品质年动态变化规律及二者之间的相关关系,以期为指导果园科学施肥提供参考依据。结果表明:1)灵武长枣叶片全氮含量维持在0.98%~1.82%,在主要物候期内的变化呈现下降趋势;叶片全磷含量维持在0.11%~0.68%,呈先上升后下降的趋势;叶片全钾含量维持在0.93%~3.30%,在主要物候期内的变化波动较大;2)灵武长枣果实可溶性糖含量维持在3.04%~22.25%,在主要物候期内的变化呈现明显的上升趋势;果实有机酸含量维持在0.13%~0.28%,呈现明显的先下降后上升的趋势;果实维生素C含量维持在263.94~734.50 mg·(100g)-1,呈明显的下降趋势;3)叶片氮、磷、钾之间均存在正相关关系;果实可溶性糖含量、有机酸含量与叶片营养元素间均存在负相关关系,而果实维生素C含量却与叶片营养元素存在正相关关系;果实可溶性糖和有机酸间存在显著正相关,而二者均与果实维生素C含量呈显著性负相关。综上所述,灵武长枣叶片营养与果实品质动态变化具有明显的规律性;且果实品质的形成受到叶片全氮、全磷及全钾的综合影响,在施肥时应充分考虑到氮、磷、钾之间的协同作用;同时,白熟期后的追肥环节对果实良好品质的形成至关重要。
- Abstract:
- Seven-eight-year-old grafted Lingwuchangzao (Stock is Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa (Bunge) Hu ex H.F.Chow) was used as material to analyze the changes of leaf nutrients and fruit quality with phenological period,and to analyze the correlation between leaf nutrients and fruit quality in fruit stage.To clarify the annual dynamic changes of leaf nutrients and fruit quality of Zizyphus jujube Mill.cv Lingwuchangzao and the correlation between them,so as to provide reference for guiding scientific fertilization in orchards.The results showed that,1) the total nitrogen content in leaves of Lingwuchangzao was maintained at 0.98%-1.82%,and showed a downward trend in the main phenological period.The total phosphorus content in leaves was maintained at 0.11%-0.68%,showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing.The total potassium content in leaves remained at 0.93%-3.30%,which fluctuated greatly during the main phenological period.2) The content of soluble sugar in Lingwuchangzao fruit was maintained at 3.04%-22.25%,showed an obvious upward trend in the main phenological period.The content of organic acids in fruits was maintained at 0.13%-0.28%,showed an obvious trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The content of vitamin C in fruits was maintained at 263.94-734.50 mg·(100g)-1,showed an obvious downward trend.3) There was a positive correlation among leaf nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.There was a negative correlation between soluble sugar content and organic acid content in fruit and nutrient elements in leaves,while there was a positive correlation between vitamin C content in fruit and nutrient elements in leaves.There was a significant positive correlation between soluble sugar and organic acid in fruits,while both of them had a significant negative correlation with vitamin C content in fruits.The dynamic changes of leaf nutrition and fruit quality of Lingwuchangzao had obvious regularity.Moreover,the formation of fruit quality was comprehensively affected by total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in leaves,and the synergistic effect among nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium should be fully considered in fertilization.At the same time,topdressing after white maturity is very important to the formation of good fruit quality.
