- 以阴行草为试材,采用控制变量和分析比较的方法,研究了不同光照条件下不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理对阴行草种子萌发抗旱能力的影响,以期为阴行草在干旱半干旱地区的种子萌发提供参考依据。结果表明:随着聚乙二醇(PEG)浓度增加,种子萌发抑制作用增强。GA3浸种有利于缓解干旱胁迫对植物种子的影响,但高浓度GA3则会与干旱同时对种子萌发产生双重抑制效果。干旱半干旱地区种植时,在全黑暗条件下1%GA3浸种最适宜阴行草种子萌发。
- Abstract:
- Taking the Siphonostegia chinensis Benth as the test material,using control variables and comparative analysis,the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin on drought resistance of the Siphonostegia chinensis Benth seed germination in different light environments were studied,in order to provide a reference for the Siphonostegia chinensis Benth seed germination of arid and semi-arid area.The results showed that the Siphonostegia chinensis Benth seed germination inhibition effect enhanced with the increase of PEG solution concentration.Socaking seeds with GA3 was beneficial to alleviate the influence of drought stress on plant seeds.However,high concentrations of gibberellin and drought had double inhibitory effect on seed germination.When planted in arid and semi-arid areas,soaking the seed with 1% GA3 in total darkness was the most suitable conditions of the Siphonostegia chinensis Benth seed germination.
