- 以蒲公英种子为试材,研究了其种子休眠特性及温度、光照强度和土壤覆盖厚度对种子发芽能力的影响。结果表明:蒲公英种子不存在休眠现象,在10~25℃之间均能发芽,发芽适宜温度为15~20℃,不同的光照强度对蒲公英种子发芽没有明显影响,覆盖土壤有利于幼苗生长,适宜的覆土厚度为0.5~1.0 cm。
- Abstract:
- With Taraxacum mongolicum seed as materials,seed dormancy characteristic and the influnce of temperature,illumination intensity and mulching soil on seed germination ability were studied.The results showed that Taraxacum mongolicum seeds didn’t dormant,and germination temperature was from 10℃ to 25℃,suitable temperature of Taraxacum mongolicum seed germination was 15~20℃.Illumination intensity didn’t affect Taraxacum mongolicum seed germination.Mulching soil had benefit to the seedling growth of Taraxacum mongolicum,and suitable mulching thickness was 0.5~1.0 cm.
