- ‘新科18号’是河南省新乡市农业科学院利用雄性不育系‘161A’作为母本,恢复系‘07-199’为父本,培育的中早熟优质“三系杂交”辣椒新品种。果实长羊角形,纵径约22.3 cm,横径约3.7 cm,肉厚约0.34 cm,平均单果质量约76.9 g;果实黄绿色,颜色鲜亮,表面光滑,果肉脆嫩,微辣,生熟食风味俱佳。经河南省农业科学院质量监督检验检测中心检测,蛋白质含量1.29 g?(100g)-1,可溶性固形物含量5.5%,辣椒素含量8.4 mg?kg-1,水分含量93.1 g?(100g)-1,粗纤维含量1.1%,抗坏血酸含量91.1 mg?(100g)-1。‘新科18号’平均667 m2产量3 772.71 kg,适合日光温室、塑料大棚栽培。
- Abstract:
- ‘Xinke No.18’ pepper is bred by Xinxiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Henan Province.It is a pepper F1 hybrid obtained by crossing male sterile line ‘161A’ as female parent with inbred line ‘07-199’ as male parent.The plant has strong growth vigor.Its fruit sets concentrately.The fruit is pale yellow green in color.Its fruit is of thick sheep-horn shape.It is of early maturity.It has the thin cutin membrane and very good quality.This fruit is delicious and nutritious.It is suitable for early spring cultivation in protected fields.
