- 农业作为国民经济的基础性产业,与国家粮食安全、农村社会稳定发展与资源合理配置息息相关,对中国农业可持续发展水平研究具有重要意义。该研究采用主成分模糊综合评价法以1989—2018年为时间序列对中国农业可持续发展水平进行评价分析。结果表明:1989—2011年中国农业可持续性评价结果为差,波动性较大;2012—2018年评价结果为一般,较为稳定;总体上看,中国农业可持续发展水平持续提高,但处于一般水平,仍存在较大上升空间。鉴于此,从健全法律法规、完善农业扶持政策、加强农业可持续发展科学技术支撑能力等方面提供了促进农业可持续发展的建议,以期为提高农业可持续发展水平提供参考。
- Abstract:
- As a basic industry of the national economy,agriculture is closely related to national food security,the stable development of rural society,and the rational allocation of resources.It was of great significance to studies the level of sustainable agricultural development in China.The article used principal component fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze China′s agricultural sustainability in 1989—2018.The results showed that the evaluation results of China′s agricultural sustainability in 1989—2011 were poor and volatile;the evaluation results in 2012—2018 were average and relatively stable;overall,the level of China′s agricultural sustainable development continued to increase,but it was still at a general level and still existed larger room for ascent.In view of this,suggestion for promoting sustainable agricultural development were provided in terms of improving law and regulation,improving agricultural support policy,and strengthening the scientific and technological support capacity of agricultural sustainable development,in order to provide a reference for improving the level of sustainable agricultural development.
