- 软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta)原产于我国,是一种极具特色的浆果种质资源,野生种质资源极为丰富,具有果皮光滑无毛、方便食用,抗寒性强,果肉色泽多样,果实风味独特,富含维生素C和多种氨基酸等特性,栽培利用价值高,发展前景广阔。近几年关于野生软枣猕猴桃种质资源的研究越来越深入,优异的野生种质资源对商业化优异栽培品种的选育具有重要意义。该研究对软枣猕猴桃野生种质资源分布、遗传多样性、分子生物技术育种、种质资源特性、新品种(系)选育等方面的相关研究现状进行了概述,以期为软枣猕猴桃种质资源的保育与创新利用提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- A.arguta,originated in China,is a kind of special berry germplasm resource in China.It was very rich in wild germplasm resources.It had the characteristics of smooth and hairless skin,easy to eat,strong cold resistance,diverse flesh color,unique fruit flavor,rich in vitamin C and a variety of amino acids.It had high cultivation and utilization value and broad development prospects.In recent years,the research on wild A.arguta germplasm resources was more and more in-depth.Excellent wild germplasm resources were of great significance to the selection of commercial excellent cultivars.In this study,the distribution of wild germplasm resources,genetic diversity,molecular biotechnology breeding,germplasm resources characteristics,new variety (line) breeding and other related research status were summarized,in order to provide theoretical basis for conservation and innovative utilization of germplasm resources.
