- 以六年生“霞多丽”葡萄为试材,采用花后不同时期不同部位喷施不同浓度酵母多糖稀释液的方法,测定葡萄果实发育过程中总糖、有机酸、总酚、类黄酮、还原谷胱甘肽和游离氨基酸含量的变化,以期探讨“霞多丽”果实生长发育过程中分别对叶幕和果穗喷施不同浓度酵母多糖溶液对其果实品质的影响。结果表明:对叶幕和果穗喷施酵母多糖溶液均可促进“霞多丽”葡萄有效成分的积累,且叶幕喷施比果穗效果显著,与对照相比,果穗喷施200倍酵母多糖稀释液后总糖提高10.82%,有机酸下降14.40%,总酚上升26.61%,类黄酮提高47.92%,还原谷胱甘肽提高156.50%,游离氨基酸上升50.28%。但考虑实际生产情况,果穗喷施更适用于生产,因此,果穗喷施200倍酵母多糖溶液可显著提高“霞多丽”葡萄果实品质,适合推广应用。
- Abstract:
- Using 6-year-old ‘Chardonnay’ grape as the test material,the content changes of total sugar,organic acid,total phenol,flavonoid,reduced glutathione and free amino acid were determined by spraying different concentrations of yeast polysaccharide diluent at different stages and different parts after flowering,so as to explore the different spraying methods on leaf curtain and cluster during the growth and development of ‘Chardonnay’ grape and effect of concentration of yeast polysaccharide solution on fruit quality.The results showed that spraying yeast polysaccharide solution on leaves and clusters could promote the accumulation of effective components in ‘Chardonnay’ grape,and the effect of foliar spraying was more significant than that of clusters.Compared with the control,the total sugar increased by 10.82%,organic acid decreased by 14.40%,total phenol increased by 26.61%,flavonoid increased by 47.92%,reduced glutathione increased by 156.50%,and free amino acid increased by 50.28%.However,considering the actual production situation,the cluster spraying was more suitable for production.Therefore,spraying 200 times yeast polysaccharide solution on the cluster can significantly improve the fruit quality of ‘Chardonnay’ grape,which is suitable for popularization and application.
