山杏壳木醋液白菜种子包衣剂的研制

- 以白菜种子为试材,利用单因素培养皿发芽试验和盆栽试验,测定种子的发芽率,筛选出促进白菜种子发芽的因素及其浓度再进行正交设计,进而确定出促进白菜种子发芽生长的最优水平组合配方。结果表明:0.001 0%、0.002 0%的山杏壳木醋液;4.0、5.5 g?L-1磷酸二氢钾;2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0 mmol?L-1甘氨酸和0.100%、0.125%含氨基酸水溶性肥料可显著提高白菜种子的发芽率。正交设计配方0.01%山杏壳木醋液、5.5 g?L-1磷酸二氢钾、0.083%含氨基酸水溶液、4.0 mmol?L-1甘氨酸组合作为种衣剂可显著促进种子发芽,提升种子品质,提高白菜产量。
- Abstract:
- The germination rate of Chinese cabbage seeds was measured by single factor plate culture method,the factors and their concentrations that promoted the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds were screened out for orthogonal design,and the optimal combination formula for promoting the germination and growth of Chinese cabbage seeds was determined by pot experiment.The results showed that 0.001 0%,0.002 0% of the wood vinegar of apricot shell;4.0,5.5 g?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate;2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0 mmol?L-1 glycine and 0.100%,0.125% amino acid aqueous solution could significantly improve the germination rate of Chinese cabbage seeds.The orthogonal design formula of 0.01% wood vinegar,5.5 g?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate,0.083% amino acid aqueous solution,4.0 mmol?L-1 glycine could significantly promote seed germination,improve seed quality and increase cabbage yield.
