几种新颖杀虫剂对紫薇长斑蚜的室内毒力测定及田间药效评价

- 为筛选防治紫薇长斑蚜的高效、安全药剂,选取7种较新颖的杀虫剂进行了室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。结果表明:处理后48 h,不同杀虫剂对紫薇长斑蚜的毒力由大到小顺序为氟啶虫胺腈>氟啶虫酰胺>苦参碱>烯啶虫胺>螺虫乙酯>噻虫嗪>吡蚜酮,LC50值分别为1.36、1.71、1.93、2.11、2.61、3.23、6.68 mg?L-1。田间药效结果表明,50%氟啶虫胺腈WG、10%氟啶虫酰胺WG、0.3%苦参碱AS、22.4%螺虫乙酯SC、25%噻虫嗪WG对紫薇长斑蚜持续控制效果相对突出,药后14 d防效均在90%以上,且试验过程中各药剂处理均未见明显药害发生。结构新颖的氟啶虫胺腈、氟啶虫酰胺、螺虫乙酯及植物源农药苦参碱对紫薇长斑蚜具有较高的室内毒力和优异的田间防效,建议推广应用。

- In order to seek efficient insecticide to control Tinocallis kahawaluokalani,laboratory indoor toxicbioactivity test and field efficacy trial of seven novel insecticides were carried out.The results showed that the toxicity of tested insecticides from high to low was as follows,sulfoxaflor>flonicamid>matrine>nitenpyram>spirotetramat>thiamethoxam>pymetrozine after 48 hours treatment,with the LC50 value were 1.36,1.71,1.93,2.11,2.61,3.23,6.68 mg?L-1,respectively.Field trials showed that the insecticides of sulfoxaflor 50% WG,flonicamid 10% WG,matrine 0.3% AS,spirotetramat 22.4% SC,and thiamethoxam 25% WG against T.kahawaluokalani could get above 90% of control efficacy after 14 days of application at the tested concentration.All the tested insecticides in field trial were safe for the treated host plant.Sulfoxaflor,flonicamid,spirotetramat or matrine could be recommended to be applied in the pest control practice because of high toxicity and excellent field efficacy against T.kahawaluokalani.
