- 以玉竹为研究材料,通过对玉竹叶片叶绿素含量、气体交换参数及品质指标的测定,研究在不同肥料配施条件下,玉竹光合特性及品质的差异。结果表明:与不施肥处理相比,有机肥和化肥配施能够显著提高玉竹叶绿素含量和光合作用,增加黄酮、多糖和皂苷含量,提高玉竹产量和品质,玉竹产量最高的处理为氮磷钾2∶1∶2、总养分含量11.9%(T3),该处理黄酮含量最高。多糖和皂苷含量最高的处理为氮磷钾2∶1∶4、总养分含量9.0%(T4)。T4处理施肥量低于T3处理,比T3少16.61%,产量比T3低14.64%,黄酮含量比T3低3.40%,多糖和皂苷含量分别比T3高8.40%和13.8%,T4处理施肥量少,肥料比例优良,效益较好,为最佳的肥料配施模式。
- Abstract:
- Taking Polygonatum odoratum as research material,the chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters and quality indexes of Polygonatum odoratum L.were determined to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics and quality of Polygonatum odoratum under different fertilizer application conditions.The results showed that,compared with the without fertilization,the combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer could significantly increase the chlorophyll content and photosynthesis,increase the content of flavonoids,polysaccharides and saponins,and improve the yield and quality of bambaraceae.The highest yield of Polygonatum odoratum is NPK 2∶1∶2.The total nutrient content was 11.9% (T3),which was the highest in flavonoids.The highest content of polysaccharides and saponins was NPK 2∶1∶4 and total nutrient content 9.0% (T4).The results showed that T4 was lower than T3,16.61% less than T3,yield was 14.64% lower than T3,flavonoid content was 3.40% lower than T3,polysaccharide and saponin content were 8.40% and 13.80% higher than T3,respectively.The amount was small,the fertilizer ratio was excellent,and the benefit was good,which was the best fertilizer ratio mode.
