保鲜液对芍药‘荷兰橙’切花瓶插期间花瓣色泽变化的影响

- 以芍药品种‘荷兰橙’切花为试验材料,通过测定其瓶插寿命、花茎变化、水分平衡值、花瓣颜色变化、花青素苷含量、乙烯释放速率、呼吸速率,探讨保鲜液调控‘荷兰橙’切花衰老的生理学效应,以期为芍药切花保鲜技术开发提供理论依据。结果表明:芍药‘荷兰橙’切花能够迅速吸水而开放,花瓣由橙红色逐渐转变为黄色。保鲜液能够改善水分代谢状况,延长切花瓶插最佳观赏期0.4 d,增大花朵的最大花径0.9 cm;同时,瓶插2 d后抑制乙烯释放和呼吸速率达46.2%和28.6%,减缓了花色素苷降解,提高了花瓣的红度。保鲜液能够有效地提高芍药切花的瓶插品质。
- Abstract:
- In order to display the effect of preservative solution on opening and senescence of peony ‘Coral charm’ cut flowers and work to provide the theoretical basis for the technology development of cut flowers.Using ‘Coral charm’ as the material,the vase life,changes of diameter,water balance,changes of petal color,anthocyanin content,ethylene production rate and respiratory rate of peony cut flowers were investigated.The results demonstrated that peony ‘Coral charm’ cut flower could rapidly absorb water and open,while petals colour was from orange to pale yellow.Preservative solution could not only improve water status,extend best viewing period by 0.4 d and max flower diameter on 0.9 cm,but also reduce rates of endogenous ethylene production and respiratory by 46.2% and 28.6% in vase 2 days,slow down degradation rate of anthocyanins,and increase redness of petals also.It was implied that applied preservative solution might effectively improve vase quality of peony cut flowers.
