- 以菌草赤芝为试材,采用测量子实体的物理指标、多糖和三萜的含量进行数据分析的方法,探究菌草赤芝生长的最佳温度及CO2浓度对菌草赤芝生长的影响,以期确定最佳温度及CO2浓度。结果表明:不同温度及CO2浓度对赤芝子实体会产生影响,其最佳栽培温度为26 ℃,促进生长的CO2最低浓度值为0.058%。
- Abstract:
- Ganoderma lucidum was used as test material,the method of data analysis by measuring physical index,polysaccharide and triterpenoid content of fruiting body was used,the effects of optimum temperature and CO2 concentration on the growth of Ganoderma lucidum were studied,in order to determine the optimal temperature and CO2.The results showed thant the optimal cultivation temperature was obtained at 26 ℃.The fruiting body triterpenoids and polysaccharide content would rise after falling with the increase of CO2.Promoting the growth of CO2 lowest density was about 0.058%.
