- 以沙棘自然分布区内5个省区的10个产地的一年生实生苗为研究对象,研究了不同种源沙棘叶生物量及叶中多糖和主要次生代谢产物含量的变化和地理变异,采用隶属函数法对10个沙棘种源一年生苗进行了综合评价,以期筛选出优良叶用沙棘种源。结果表明:沙棘种源间叶生物量及叶中次生代谢物质含量存在显著的地理变异。10个沙棘种源叶中总黄酮含量在7月达到峰值;三萜含量在9月达到峰值;多糖含量在6月达到最高值,为沙棘叶片不同多糖和主要次生代谢产物最佳利用时间的确定提供参考依据。基于叶中各种多糖和主要次生代谢产物含量最高月份的单株叶生物量、多糖和主要次生代谢产物含量、单株多糖和主要次生代谢产物产量,利用隶属函数法筛选特用型叶用种源,其中排名前3的种源如下,黄酮高产种源为老白沟、固阳、龙凤沟,三萜高产种源为固阳、老白沟、博克图,多糖高产种源为老白沟、固阳、龙凤沟。基于各指标最高月份的单株生物量、多糖和主要次生代谢产物含量进行综合优良叶用种源的筛选,排名前3的种源为老白沟、固阳、鄂托克。综上所述,无论从特用型还是综合优良型进行评价,固阳、老白沟种源的排名均位居前2位,表现为单株叶生物量大、次生代谢物质含量高和产量高,适合作为优良叶用种源推广。
- Abstract:
- The dynamic variation and geographical variation of single plant leaf biomass and secondary metabolites′ contents in leaf of different Hippophae rhamnoides provenances were studied.The 10 Hippophae rhamnoides provenances were comprehensively evaluated by subordinate function method,in order to select comprehensive excellent leaf-used provenances.The results showed that there were significant geographic variations in leaf biomass and secondary metabolite contents in leaf of 10 Hippophae rhamnoides provenances.Total flavonoids content in leaf of 10 Hippophae rhamnoides provenances reached the peak in July,and triterpenoid content reached the peak in September and polysaccharide content reached the highest in June.It provided a basis for determining the optimum utilization time of different secondary metabolites in leaves.Based on single plant leaf biomass,secondary metabolite contents in leaf and single plant secondary metabolites yield during the period of highest contents of secondary metabolites,selection of special utilized leaf-used provenances were selected by subordinate function method.The top 3 ones of the provenances with high yield and high total flavonoids contents were Guyang,Laobaigou,Longfenggou;the top 3 ones of the provenances with high yield and high triterpenoid content were Laobaigou,Guyang,Boketu;the top 3 ones of the provenances with high yield and high polysaccharide content were Laobaigou,Guyang,Longfenggou.Based on single plant leaf biomass,secondary metabolite contents in leaf during the period of each index,comprehensive excellent leaf-used provenances were selected by subordinate function method.The top 3 provenances were Laobaigou,Guyang,and Etuoke.In summary,no matter special utilized type or comprehensive excellent type,Guyang and Laobaigou ranked the top two,which showed single plant leaf biomass of them large,secondary metabolites contents high and secondary metabolites yield high,so they were suitable as fine leaf-used pronvences.
