- 以芍药‘桃花飞雪’(Paeonia lactiflora ‘Taohua Feixue’)的切花为试材,采用3%蔗糖+200 mg?L-1 8-羟基喹啉+150 mg?L-1柠檬酸为基本瓶插液,研究外源Ca(NO3)2对芍药切花生理和观赏品质的影响,以期为芍药鲜切花保鲜剂的开发提供参考。结果表明:100 mg?L-1和200 mg?L-1Ca(NO3)2处理显著提高了芍药切花的水分平衡值、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量,降低了相对电导率。同时,与蒸馏水处理相比,200 mg?L-1 Ca(NO3)2处理的芍药切花最大花径增加1.7 cm,盛花期天数增加1 d,瓶插寿命延长2.1 d。综上所述,不同Ca(NO3)2浓度处理下芍药生理和观赏品质差异显著,其中以Ca(NO3)2浓度为200 mg?L-1的效果最好,该研究为进一步揭示外源Ca(NO3)2提高切花的观赏品质提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- In order to provide reference for the development of preservative for fresh cut flowers of Paeonia lactiflora ‘Taohua Feixue’.The effects of exogenous Ca(NO3)2 on the physiological and ornamental qualities of cut flowers of P.lactiflora ‘Taohua Feixue’ were studied by using 3% sucrose+200 mg?L-1 8-hydroxyquinoline+150 mg?L-1 citric acid as the basic vase solution.The results showed that 100 mg?L-1 and 200 mg?L-1 Ca(NO3)2 treatment significantly increased the moisture balance value,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,catalase (CAT) activity and soluble protein content of P.lactiflora cut flowers,and decreased the relative conductivity.At the same time,compared with distilled water treatment,the maximum diameter of P.lactiflora cut flowers treated with 200 mg?L-1 Ca(NO3)2 increased by 1.7 cm,blossom period and the vase life increased by 1.0 day and 2.1 days,respectively.In conclusion,there were significant differences in physiological and ornamental quality of P.lactiflora cut flowers under different Ca(NO3)2 concentrations,and the effect of 200 mg?L-1 Ca(NO3)2 treatment was the best.This study provided a reference for further revealing that exogenous Ca(NO3)2 could improve the ornamental quality of P.lactiflora cut flowers.
