- 以黄精根际土和黄精植株不同部位为试验材料,以3种常见农作物(萝卜、小麦、白菜)作为受体植物,采用室内生物测定法,比较了黄精根际土和黄精植株不同部位水提液和醇提液对3种受体作物种子发芽率和幼苗根长的影响,并计算出相应的化感效应指数和综合效应指数,以期初步了解黄精的化感作用并提供数据支撑。结果表明:黄精根际土提取液对3种受体作物种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用极其微弱,而黄精植株不同部位中均存在一定的化感物质,其中所含化感物质主要为水溶性成分;黄精植株不同部位对3种受体作物的化感综合效应强度大小依次为果实>根茎>叶片>茎秆;黄精根茎和果实的提取液对3种受体作物种子萌发和幼苗生长均有极其显著的抑制作用。
- Abstract:
- The rhizosphere soil and different parts of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.were used as experimental materials,and three common crops (radish,wheat,Chinese cabbage) were used as the receptor crops.The indoor bioassay method was used to compare the water extract and alcohol extract of different parts of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.and the rhizosphere soil.The effects of water and alcohol extracts on seed germination rate and root length of three receptor crops were compared,and allelopathic effect index and comprehensive effect index were calculated,to preliminary understand the existence of allelochemicals in Polygonatum sibiricum Red.and provide data support.The results showed that the allelopathic effect of extracts from rhizosphere of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.on the seed germination and seedling growth of three kinds of receptor crops was extremely weak,while there were certain allelochemicals in different parts of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.,and the contained allelochemicals were mainly water-soluble components.The comprehensive allelopathy effects of different parts of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.on the three kinds of receptor plants were as follows:fruit>rhizome>leaf>stem.The extracts of rhizome and fruit of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.had extremely significant inhibitory effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of three kinds of receptor crops.
