大白菜对根肿病抗性的鉴定方法

- 以采自阿城区阿什河办事处南城村的大白菜活体病样为接种病原,以大白菜感病品种“东农909”为试材,采用L9(3)4正交设计,分析了病菌活化基质、病菌活化时间、移植基质和移植后调查时间等4个因素对根肿病发病的影响,以期建立大白菜抗根肿病鉴定技术体系。结果表明:最佳病菌活化基质为全草炭,最佳病菌活化时间为10 d,移植后34 d调查发病最重。该试验为大白菜抗根肿病育种提供了一套相对可靠的鉴定方法,可为十字花科蔬菜抗病鉴定提供参考。
- Abstract:
- In order to establish a set of methods for identification of Chinese cabbage resistance to clubroot,the pathogen of clubroot was obtained from Chinese cabbage field in Nancheng village of Ashi River Subdistrict Office,Acheng district,and a Chinese cabbage variety ‘Dongnong 909’ was used as experimental material.The effect of four factors on the incidence of clubrot was analysed in L9(3)4 orthogonal test,which included activate matrix of the pathogen,the pathogen activation time,transplant matrix of seedling and investigation time after seedling transplanted.The results showed that the best substrate of pathogen activation was turfy soil,the incidence was the most severe in 10 days after pathogen activation,the best investigation time was 34 days after post-transplant.The research would provide a set of relatively effective methods for identification of Chinese cabbage resistance to clubroot,and provide some suggestions for identification of other brassicaeous vegetable resistance to clubroot.
