- 为明确贵阳地区菜蚜种群对5种常用杀虫剂(吡虫啉、啶虫脒、吡虫·杀虫单、吡蚜酮+噻嗪·异丙威、高效氯氰菊酯)的敏感性及田间防治效果,分别采用浸叶法对5种常用杀虫剂进行了室内毒力测定,以及利用常规喷雾法测定了这些药剂的田间防控效果。结果表明:这5种杀虫剂的致死中浓度为LC50=71.65~157.33 mg·L-1,其中吡虫啉最高,啶虫脒最低。田间药效也发现吡虫啉和吡虫·杀虫单处理对菜蚜田间防效较好,7 d防效约为76%,而高效氯氰菊酯的田间防效最低,7 d防效仅为34%。因此,该地区可选用吡虫啉和吡虫·杀虫单等药剂来防治菜蚜。同时应注意不同药剂的轮换使用,以延缓菜蚜抗药性的发展。
- Abstract:
- To investigate the toxicity and field control efficacy of five common insecticides against vegetable aphids in Guiyang area,a bioassay trial via leaf dipping method and field trial via foliar spray method were conducted.These five insecticides (imidacloprid,cypermethrin,imidacloprid·monosultap,pymetrozine+buprofezin·isoprocarb and acetamiprid) were selected by enquiring the local pesticide stores and farmers.The results showed that the LC50 of these five insecticides ranged from 71.65 mg·L-1 to 157.33 mg·L-1.The LC50 of imidacloprid was the highest and acetamiprid was the lowest among tested insecticides.The field efficacy of imidacloprid and imidacloprid·monosultap were higher,its 7 days efficacies of both insecticides were about 76%.The field efficacy of cypermethrin was the lowest,only 34% at 7 days.Therefore,imidacloprid and pyridine·monosultap were recommended to regulated the damage of vegetable aphids.Meanwhile,using different types of insecticides alternatively is very necessary to delay the development of insecticide.
