- 气候变化可能影响脆弱社区的生计、健康和可持续发展。采用2015年陕西苹果种植户调研数据,结合IPCC定义和可持续生计框架计算生计脆弱性指数(LVI和IPCC-LVI)进行比较分析,并采用T检验对结果进行修正。结果表明:两地区生计脆弱性指数(LVI)存在显著差异,陕北表现出更加明显的生计脆弱性,主指标体现为生计策略、生活方面的显著性差异。由于IPCC框架下各因子之间的相互作用,两地区IPCC-LVI指数并无显著性差异。研究对于地区脆弱性对比分析、政策的有效性检验、目标政策的制定以及脆弱农户的适应能力培养具有借鉴意义。
- Abstract:
- Climate change may affect the livelihood,health and sustainable development of vulnerable communities.Using the survey data of apple growers in Shaanxi in 2015,the livelihood vulnerability index (LVI and IPCC-LVI) under the definition of IPCC and the framework of sustainable livelihood were estimated,then using independent sample T-test to fixed the results.The results showed that there were significant differences in livelihood vulnerability index (LVI) between the two regions,and northern Shaanxi showed more obvious livelihood vulnerability.The main indicators reflected the significant differences in livelihood strategies and lifestyles.Due to the interaction between the various factors in the IPCC framework,there was no significant difference in the IPCC-LVI index between the two regions.The study was of reference significance to comparative analysis of regional vulnerabilities,testing the validity of policies,formulation of target policies and the training of vulnerable farmers′ adaptability.
