- 萝卜是世界性广泛食用的根菜类植物,根部直接接触土壤,最易受重金属的污染。该研究结合国内外关于重金属对萝卜毒害机理研究现状,对镉、铅、汞、铜、钒、锌5种重金属对萝卜的毒害机理,以及外源添加物缓解重金属对萝卜毒害的机理研究进行了分析,并对该领域中存在的问题和研究趋势进行了归纳,旨在为重金属对萝卜的毒害机理研究提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Radish is widely consumed worldwide root vegetable plants,the roots are directly in contact with the soil and the most vulnerable to heavy metal pollution.Based on the current research status of heavy metal poisoning mechanism for radish at home and abroad,the mechanism of toxic mechanism of five heavy metals,cadmium,lead,mercury,copper,vanadium and zinc,and the research on the mitigation of heavy metal poisoning of radish by external additives were analyzed.The problems and research trends in this field are summarized in order to provide reference for the study of the toxic mechanism of heavy metals to radishes.
