白簕化学成分及其药理活性研究进展

- 五加科五加属灌木植物白簕具有特别突出的药用与食用功效,近年来国内外关注较多。该研究对白簕的化学成分、药理活性相关内容进行了文献整理、分析、总结。结果表明:白簕的化学成分包括黄酮、酚酸、多糖、萜类、皂苷、挥发油等多种类型化合物,具有抗炎镇痛、抗疲劳、抗菌、降血糖、美白、抗癌、抗氧化等多种药理活性。该研究从化学成分和药理活性2个方面着手,探讨了白簕的价值,以期对白簕的合理开发利用和深入地科学研究提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Araliaceae shrub trifoliatus was prominent medicinal and edible effect,had attracted much attention in recent years,this paper systematically reviewed chemical composition of Acanthopanan trifoliatus and pharmacological activity of related content by literature review,analysis,summary.The results showed that the chemical composition of acanthopanax trifoliatus including flavonoids,phenolic acids,polysaccharides,saponins,terpenes,volatile oil and other types of compounds with anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti fatigue,antibacterial,hypoglycemic,whitening,anticancer,antioxidant,collaterals and other pharmacological activities.This study researched the value of trifoliatus from two aspects of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of medicinal,in order to provide a basis for rational exploitation and utilization of acanthopanax trifoliatus and in-depth scientific research.
