不同药剂对瓜列当和加工番茄种子发芽的影响

- 以加工番茄和瓜列当种子为试材,设置不同浓度梯度的方法模拟大田环境,研究不同药剂和不同浓度梯度对瓜列当、加工番茄发芽率的影响和对瓜列当的防治效果。结果表明:20 mg?L-1氟乐灵处理的番茄发芽率为79%,瓜列当的发芽率为0.90%;40 mg?L-1氟乐灵处理的番茄发芽率为67%,瓜列当的发芽率为0.81%;40 mg?L-1施田补处理的番茄发芽率为96%,瓜列当的发芽率为0.63%。氟乐灵20、40 mg?L-1和施田补40 mg?L-1在发芽过程中可抑制瓜列当发芽,且对番茄发芽无不良影响。在加工番茄生产中,有效防除瓜列当需在瓜列当发芽之前进行,结合滴灌施药控制药剂浓度来抑制瓜列当发芽的方法是可行的。
- Abstract:
- With processing tomato and Egypt broomrape seeds as test materials,using the method of setting different concentration gradient to simulate the field environment,the effect of different concentration gradient on the germination of Egypt broomrape and processing tomato and the control effect of Egypt broomrape were studied.The results showed that,the Fluorine 20 mg?L-1 germination percentage of tomato was 79%,and the germination rate of Egypt broomrape was 0.90%;the Fluorine 40 mg?L-1 germination rate of tomato was 67%,and the germination rate Egypt broomrape was 0.81%;the Shitianbu 40 mg?L-1 germination rate of tomato was 96%,and the germination rate Egypt broomrape was 0.63%.Fluorine 20 mg?L-1,40 mg?L-1 and Shitianbu 40 mg?L-1 could inhibit the germination of Egypt broomrape,without adverse effect on tomato germination.In processing tomato production,it is feasible to control the concentration of Egypt broomrape when it is necessary to control the concentration of Potion.
