百合花青素合成调控的研究进展

- 花青素是一类广泛存在于植物中的水溶性天然色素,为观赏植物提供了赏心悦目的色彩,同时由于花青素还具有抗氧化、抗突变等生理功能,在开发天然色素、保健食品和天然抗氧化剂等方面有着重要的研究价值。该研究从花青素分离、提取及生物合成调控通路3个方面对目前在百合上开展的相关研究进行了总结,重点关注了百合花青素生物合成途径中的相关结构基因和调控基因,分析了百合花青素研究存在的问题和发展趋势,为百合花青素分子调控机制研究提供参考,对百合花青素的开发提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- Anthocyaninswereaclassofwater-solublenaturalpigmentswidelyfoundinplants,providingornamentalplantswithvariouspleasantcolors.Atthesametime,anthocyaninsalsohadantioxidantandanti-mutagenicphysiologicalfunctionsappliedinthedevelopmentofnaturalpigments,healthfoodandnaturalantioxidantsandsoon.Thisstudyreviewedthemethodsofseparationandextractionofanthocyaninsandtherelatedgenesandtheirmechanisminbiosyntheticpathway.Itfocusedonthestructuralgeneandregulatorygenesrelatedtoanthocyaninbiosynthesispathway.Theproblemsanddevelopmenttrendsoflilyanthocyaninwerealsoanalyzed.Thisstudyprovidedreferenceforthefuturedevelopmentoflilyanthocyaninanditsstudyonmolecularregulationmechanism.
