- 以工厂化栽培菌株杏鲍菇Y1为试材,结合固体培养和液体培养方法,研究3种植物激素(二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、萘乙酸、赤霉素)对杏鲍菇菌丝体生长代谢的影响。结果表明:固体培养中加入赤霉素和萘乙酸有利于菌丝的生长;二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)在低浓度下促进菌丝的生长,高浓度则抑制菌丝的生长。液体培养中50 mg·L-1赤霉素有利于多酚氧化酶和漆酶活性提高,而2,4-D和萘乙酸则抑制降解酶活性;赤霉素和2,4-D均有利于发酵液中菌丝球密度的积累。同工酶电泳结果表明,外源植物激素能够增强酯酶同工酶和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶的活性。
- Abstract:
- By using solid culture and liquid culture methods,effects of three plant hormones(2,4-D,gibberellin,naphthalene acid) on mycelia growth and metabolism of Pleurotus eryngii Y1 were studied.The results showed that gibberellin and naphthalene acid could promote mycelium growth.In addition,2,4-D promoted the growth of mycelium at the low concentration,and it inhibited mycelium growth at high concentration.In liquid cultures,gibberellin could improve the enzyme activities of polyphenol oxidase and laccase,however,naphthalene acid and 2,4-D reduced the enzyme activities.In particular,gibberellin and 2,4-D could promote mycelial growth of fermentation broth.The isozyme electrophoresis results showed that plant hormones could enhance the enzyme activities of esterase and SOD.
