- 以“维多利亚”葡萄为试材,研究了在温室中增施1 200 mg?L-1 CO2对葡萄的产量、可溶性固形物含量及霜霉病发病情况的影响。结果表明:在温室条件下增施1 200 mg?L-1 CO2,“维多利亚”葡萄提前8 d采收;与不增施CO2相比,葡萄横径增加了35.07%、纵径增加了7.37%、平均单粒质量增加了17.39%、前期商品果产量增加了24.88%、商品果总产量增加了46.14%,可溶性固形物含量增加了20.61%,差异极显著;葡萄霜霉病害发病率及发病指数降低了50%以上,防控效果显著。说明在温室条件下增施CO2可使葡萄提早采收,显著增加葡萄产量及可溶性固形物含量,降低霜霉病的发生。
- Abstract:
- ‘Victoria’ grape was taken as mateiral,the effect of 1 200 mg?L-1 CO2 enrichment on yield,soluble solids content and downy mildew of grape were studied in greenhouse.The results showed that when CO2 concentration was incresed 1 200 mg?L-1 in greenhouse,‘Victoria’ fruits were harvested 8 days in advance;compared with no increasing CO2,the transverse diameter of greenhouse grapes was increased by 35.07%,the longitudinal diameter by 7.37%,the average single grain weight by 17.39%,the yield of commercial fruits by 24.88%,the total yield of commercial fruits by 46.14%,the soluble solids content by 20.61%,the difference was very significant;the incidence and incidence index of grape downy mildew were decreased by more than 50%,the control effect was significant.So increasing CO2 application in greenhouse,grape harvest was early,yield and soluble solids content were significantly improved,downy mildew was dreased.
