- 以中国产10种真藓属(Bryum)植物、2种银藓属(Anomobryum)植物、2种大叶藓属(Rhodobryum)植物、2种丝瓜藓属(Pohlia)植物为研究对象,选取了61个植物形态学性状进行分支分析,并对16种植物的形态学特征矩阵进行了MP法分析。结果表明:真藓属、银藓属与大叶藓属类群组成的分支中,靴带值(Bootstrap)为94%,作为一个大分支,证明丝瓜藓属与银藓属、真藓属和大叶藓属位于不同的亚科。银藓属中的2个种和大叶藓属中的2个种的Bootstrap值分别为99%和100%,说明银藓属和大叶藓属均可作为一个单独的分支存在。
- Abstract:
- According to the specimens collected form China,10 species of the genus Bryum,two species of the genus Anomobryum,two species of the genus Rhodobryum and two species of the genus Pohlia were taken as the research objects.61 kinds of morphological characteristics were used for cladistic analysis and the morphological characteristics of 16 plants were analyzed by MP method.The results showed that Bootstrap value of Bryum,Anomobryum and Rhodobryum branch group was 94%,and they belonged to the same branch.Pohlia was different from them in subfamilies.Two species of the genus Anomobryum branch group composition were in Bootstrap of 99%.Two species of the genus Rhodobryum branch group composition were in Bootstrap of 100%.The results showed that both the genus Anomobryum and Rhodobryum could exist as an independent branch.
