- 为了研究长期旱田改水田对黑土微生物类群和土壤酶活性的影响,以佳木斯地区旱改水黑土为研究对象,利用平板菌落计数法和酶活性测定方法,对长期旱田改水田的黑土中主要微生物类群数量及土壤酶活性进行了分析。结果表明:随着旱改水年限的增加,土壤中细菌数量先增加后减少,放线菌和真菌数量先减少后增加。土壤蛋白酶活性变化不显著;土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、淀粉酶、蔗糖酶和多酚氧化酶活性先降低后增加;过氧化氢酶活性显著增加。相关性分析结果表明,土壤酶活性与3类主要微生物类群数量密切相关,各土壤酶活性之间也存在一定程度的相关性。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the effects of transforming dry land into paddy field on microbe groups and soil enzyme activities in the black soil.Black soil samples of transforming dry land into paddy field in Jiamusi area were collected as objects of study.The number of main microbe groups and the enzyme activities of black soil were analyzed using the methods of plate colony count and the enzyme assay.The results showed that bacterial population increased significantly and then reduced gradually with the increase of years of transforming dry land into paddy field.The populations of actinomyces and fungi reduced significantly and then increased.The change of protease activity was not significant.The activities of urease,alkaline phosphatase,amylase,invertase and polyphenol oxidase were increased significantly after a decreasing process.The activity of catalase was increased significantly.Correlation analysis showed that enzyme activities in black soil were closely related to three kinds of main microbe population,and there were also correlations among different soil enzyme activities.
