- 以3个品种芜菁的种子、叶片和地下根部为试材,对植株生长的不同生长阶段进行总硫代葡萄糖苷和不同种类硫代葡萄糖苷含量的分析,为芜菁育种和加工提供参考。结果表明:3个品种的芜菁主要含有8种硫代葡萄糖苷,分别为2-羟基-3-丁烯基硫苷(PRO)、3-丁烯基硫苷(NAP)、4-羟基-3-吲哚基甲基硫苷(4OH)、4-戊烯基硫苷(GBN)、3-吲哚基甲基硫苷(GBC)、苯乙基硫苷(NAS)、4-甲氧基-3-吲哚基硫苷(4ME)、1-甲氧基-3-吲哚基甲基硫苷(NEO)。在芜菁不同生长期,不同种类硫代葡萄糖苷化合物含量有变化。芜菁种子中以NAP含量最高,苗期GBC和NEO含量较高,叶片中以GBN和NEO含量高,而在根中以NAS含量最高。

- (Beijing Vegetable Research Center of BAAFS/Key Laboratory of Biology and Genetic Improvement of Horticultural Crops (North China),Ministry of Agriculture/Key Laboratory of Urban Agriculture (North),Ministry of Agriculture,Beijing 100097) Abstract:Seed,leaf and root with 3 cultivars of turnip were analyzed for glucosinolates(GS).The component and concentration of glucosinolates in three cultivars were also analyzed in different growing stages.The results showed that 8 kinds of GS were tested in the turnip.They were PRO,NAP,4OH,GBN,GBC,NAS,4ME and NEO respectivly.The content and typs of GS varied in different growing stages.NAS was the highest content in seed,GBC and NEO in seedling,GBN and NEO in leaf,while the highest content of GS in root was NAS.
