- 以4个地黄品种“脱毒金九”“怀丰”“脱毒北京3号”“金九”为试材,将其从道地产区温县引种到中牟,采用裂区设计的试验方法,研究了品种和施肥方案对地黄产量的影响,以期选出适宜在中牟引种的地黄品种和最佳施肥方案。结果表明:“脱毒金九”与“金九”的产量差异不显著,但显著高于“怀丰”与“脱毒北京3号”;最佳施肥方案为667 m2底肥施用复合肥35 kg和有机肥56 kg,667 m2追肥施用复合肥52.5 kg。
- Abstract:
- Four different varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch were used as materials.They were introduced from genuine producing area Wenxian to Zhongmou.The four varieties were ‘Virus-free Jinjiu’‘Huaifeng’‘Virus-free Beijing 3’ and ‘Jinjiu’ respectively.Using the experimental design of split plot,the effects of different varieties and fertilization schedules on yield of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch were studied.The purpose of the test was to select the best variety of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and the optimum fertilization scheme in Zhongmu.The results showed that there were no significant yield differences between yield of ‘Virus-free Jinjiu’ and ‘Jinjiu’,but the yield was significantly higher than ‘Huaifeng’ and ‘Virus-free Beijing 3’.The optimum scheme was as follows,base fertilizer with compound fertilizer for 35 kg per 667 m2 and organic fertilizer 56 kg per 667 m2 and topdressing with compound fertilizer for 52.5 kg per 667 m2.
